Packaging & Shipping
Only the best for our customers

All Rare Cuts® meat is processed in a USDA-inspected facility. In order to ensure the utmost freshness, all our product is hand cut and trimmed, then individually sealed in an air-tight, vacuum-sealed pouch and packed in an insulated container with frozen gel packs. It is then shipped through Periship (www.periship.com) and a partnership with FedEx. Processing of your order takes 2-3 business days, while shipping is always overnight. Our products are packed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.

We keep a signature waiver on file with FedEx so that they will always leave your package at your shipping address, even if someone is not home to sign for it. This ensures that FedEx does not "hold" your perishable meat products. Again, our products are packed to withstand up to 48 hours of unrefrigerated shipping.

If you know ahead of time that you won't be home to receive the package and you have special instructions for FedEx (such as "leave by garage door" or "leave with doorman") please include those instructions in the "Special Instructions" portion of the Order Summary screen during checkout.

Unfortunately, we currently only ship to the Continental 48 States and Washington DC.

Tracking Your Order

Upon purchasing Rare Cuts® , you will receive two e-mails. The first will be sent upon completion of your order and will provide your order details. The second confirmation e-mail will be sent when your order is shipped, and will provide a tracking number and shipping information.

Shipping Prices

Because we choose never to freeze our meat, we have no choice but to exclusively offer overnight shipping. We subsidize the shipping cost for you, so that you have a chance to enjoy phenomenal steaks at a reasonable price.
