Rare Cuts believes that in order to produce the finest quality, best tasting Pork you must start with the best breeds, raise them according to humane standards and feed them an all-natural 100% vegetarian diet. Raising animals traditionally has proven to to consistently produce a superior product. Our Pork products are sourced from either 100% Berkshire Heritage Breed animal, or a cross of Berkshire, Duroc, & Chester Whites.
These superior genetics, along with the hogs high quality diet and unsurpassed raising practices result in well marbled pork that is unbelievably moist, tender and juicy!
