Ground Chuck/Brisket " Burger

Brisket and Chuck are both traditionally tougher, but much more flavorful pieces of meat, which makes them prime candidates to be ground. These two flavor combinations seamlessly mix, to make one deliciously complex flavor profile that is a favorite of many gourmet burger houses.
